A portion of the game proceeds will be donated to the Heather Norris Memorial Scholarship Fund, named after the 20-year-old former Perry Meridian basketball star who was brutally murdered by her estranged high school boyfriend in 2007. The Finest launched their season in late March with a successful three-game tournament in Whiteland. “The women we’ve recruited to play for this team show up and give 110 percent at every practice and every game,” said team owner and local talent manager Tim Hicks. “Can’t afford a Pacers playoff ticket?
